Company and service

Cheatkode is a technology company. It does not operate a sportsbook, casino, gambling platform, or wagering service. Cheatkode does not accept wagers, hold player funds, determine betting outcomes, or act on behalf of a gambling operator.

The Service may process user-supplied inputs and support rules-based automation, browser control, scripting, and API interactions configured by the user. These functions operate through the user’s device, accounts, authenticated sessions, settings, and network access. Users remain responsible for reviewing their configuration and for activity conducted through their accounts.

No advice or guarantees

The Service does not provide financial, legal, wagering, or other professional advice. It does not guarantee accuracy, availability, profitability, suitability, or any particular outcome. Historical results, examples, estimates, and demonstrations do not predict future results.

Eligibility and compliance

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 19 years old and have reached the age of majority applicable to them. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use is lawful in their jurisdiction and permitted by the terms of any third-party platform they use.

Third-party platforms

Third-party platforms are independent from Cheatkode. Cheatkode is not responsible for their availability, decisions, restrictions, account actions, or terms. Users must not use the Service to circumvent geo-blocking, fraud controls, account restrictions, or other technical or legal safeguards.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the Service, violate applicable law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, reverse engineer protected components except where legally permitted, or use the Service to develop or improve a competing product.

Intellectual property

The Service, website, software, branding, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and related content are owned or licensed by Cheatkode and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access does not transfer ownership.

Availability and risk

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use may involve financial loss, third-party account restrictions, software malfunction, data loss, or legal and regulatory consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, users assume responsibility for those risks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
