Information we may collect

We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, message, CheatKode account information, and support communications. In connection with the Service, we may also collect technical identifiers, device information, usage information, diagnostic logs, payment-confirmation information, and service-generated operational records such as position status and finalized results.

Cheatkode does not centrally collect sportsbook passwords, banking information, government-issued identification, or full payment-card details.

How we use information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide and maintain the Service, authenticate accounts, process subscription confirmation, provide support, investigate security or misuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

How we disclose information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, where required by law or legal process, to protect our legal rights or the security of the Service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Technical diagnostics and anonymized usage information are generally retained for no longer than 12 months unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

International processing

Information may be processed outside Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of another jurisdiction. Where required, we use reasonable contractual or organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the personal information we hold about you or request access, correction, or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.
